Orange Cream Fruit Salad
2 (10 oz) cans pineapple tidbits, drained 2 (8 oz) cans peach slices drained 2 (5 1/2 oz) cans mandarin oranges drained 3 medium bananas, sliced 2 medium apples cored and chopped 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 1/2 C. light cream 1/3 C. orange juice concentrated 3/4 C. sour cream
Combine and mix fruits. Combine pudding mix, crea and orange juice; beat with rotary beater until blended, about 2 minutes. Beat in sour cream. Fold in fruit mixture. Cover and chill.

Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza
1 pkg. brownie mix 1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened 1/3 C. peanut butter 1/4 C. sugar 3 large ripe bananas cut into 1/4" slices 1/2 C. orange or lemon juice 1/4 C. chopped peanuts 2 squares semi sweet chocolate 2 t. butter
Prepare brownie batter according to package directions and spread into a greased 12" pizza pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Spread over crust. Toss bananas with juice, drain well. Arrange bananas over cream cheese mixture. In microwave, melt chocolate and butter. Drizzle over bananas. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.

Taco Bake
Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 35 min Makes: 6 servings, 1 cup each. 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner 1 lb. Ground beef 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare Dinner as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water to meat; simmer 5 min. STIR sour cream into prepared Dinner. | Ham and Potatoes AuGratin 1/3 C. butter 1/4 C. flour 2 1/2 C. milk 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. white pepper 6 C. sliced potatoes, cooked 1 1/2 C. cubed, cooked ham 1 1/2 C. broccoli florets, cooked 1/4 C. chopped onion Topping: 3 T. butter, melted 1/2 C. cracker crumbs 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 T. parsley In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Cook for one minute. Gradually add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, salt and pepper; stir until cheese melts. Remove from heat. In a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish, layer potatoes, ham, broccoli and onion. Pour cheese over top. Repeat layers two more times, ending with cheese. | Crockpot Macaroni Bake 1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned & drained 1 onion chopped 1 C. chopped celery 1 T. vegetable oil 2 cans condensed tomato soup 1 C. water 1 t. sugar salt & pepper to taste 1 1/2 C. grated cheese cooking spray Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Cook macaroni according to package directions & drain. Cook ground chuck, onion and celery in a nonstick skillet with 1 T. oil until done. Combine browned meat mixture, noodles, soup, water, sugar, 1 C. grated cheese, salt & pepper. Mix well & place in crock pot. Top with remaining 1/2 C. grated cheese. Cook on high 2-3 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.

This is great tasting, made it for dinner last night. Got it from a box of Rice a Roni. Skillet Chicken & Rice 3/4 lbs of boneless, skinless breast halves, cut into thin strips 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning 1 pkg (5.8 oz) Rice a Roni Parmesan Chicken 1 cup fresh mushroom slices 1/2 cip chopped red bell pepper 1 cup seasoned croutons, coarsely crumbled
1.) Toss chicken with Italian seasoning, In large skillet, melt 2 tbs margarine or butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until browned. Stir in 2 cups water and rice. Bring to a boil. 2.) Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and red pepper; return to a simmer. Cover; simmer 8-10 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. 3.) Stir in 2/3 cup milk and special seasonings. Increase heat to high. Boil 1 to 2 minutes stiring constantly. Sauce will be creamy. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir and top with Croutons. And serve.

Dream Salad
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (room temp) 1 (11 oz) can Mandarin oranges 1 (13 oz) can crushed pineapple drained 2 C. mini marshmallows
Mash cream cheese in large bowl with fork until soft. Add crushed pineapple, Mandarin oranges and marshmallows. Mix well. Put into 1 1/2 qt. loaf pan and chill overnight. Unmold & slice.
