When you sell items online you can accept credit cards.

I have developed many eCommerce Web Sites over the years with custom shopping carts which accepts credit cards. One question that comes up often is how can someone accept payment with a credit card without a Web Site?

PayPal makes this very easy. You simply create an account with PayPal, provide your banking information, and a major credit card. PayPal will then make a couple of deposits to your checking account to verify your identity. Once this is complete you can send an email payment link to anyone. Like any transaction done through email the buyer must ensure the link is a valid PayPal link before making payment.
